SAN ANTONIO - ECISD BEGINNING
If I should choose a place where most of these trips began it would be East Central, placed south of San Antonio. This was the school district where our adventure in States began. We came here in August 2015.
His symbol are the Hornets. They are quite proud of its colors, like I supposse most of the High Schools.
It was the beginning, my family and me, were part of this community during three years, in HighLand Forest Elementary, Legacy Middle School and EC High School.
We learnt, not only English, but a different way of living. There, we made friends, some of them now are like family. Stephanie (Mrs Sanders) , Noe (Mr Perez) my mentor, and Claudia, … ok, a long list. Mr McKay in ECHS, always encouraging everybody.
Our kids studied, but also enjoyed some time with the Jazz Band, the Swimming Team and more activities.
From here we traveled North and South, East and West….. to visit this wonderful country,
I will show you a little bit of it.
Si hubiera empezado este Blog en el año 2015 sin duda este habría sido uno de los primeros post. En ese año se me ofreció la oportunidad de colaborar como profesor de Física en la East Central High School.
El distrito ECISD situado al sur de San Antonio en Texas, ha sido el que nos acogió, a mi para desarrollarme profesionalmente y a mi familia para vivir y estudiar en algunas de sus diversas escuelas.
Este post muestra sólo algunas fotos de presentación. Más que su calidad, priman los momentos que quieren reflejar. Muestras no sólo los sitios de estudio, sino experiencias con la Jazz Band en Legacy, con el Swimming Team en la HS, diversas actuaciones en otras escuelas, reuniones de departamento de Ciencias, junto a colegas como Stephanie, Noe, y muchos más.
Aquí comenzó nuestra aventura americana, de la que damos Gracias a Dios, y de la que hasta ahora voy dando una pequeña muestra en este Blog familiar.
